I quite liked the concept, but there are parts that i don’t like. Spoiler warning:
When 3 or more people gather in bed, one of them is lesbian. I think this is the rule for most three(or more)some scene in Korean webnovel. I don’t understand how 2 female lover pleasing each other is different than ntr. Well, just my opinion, idc if you can tolerate light lesbian.
And the part that made me drop immediately, there’s finally a real girl(elf) who actually love him( i said real because his lovers are just product of his own skill and set to love him and is impossible to harm him, so basically artificial), give him something precious that he wanted, and as well as her virginity and unconditional eternal love(because it was said that elf’s first love is their last love), but there is no single deep interaction between them, despite MC being aware of those. Even if theyre aware that they couldnt unite, MC should have some emotional interaction with her, but there is not. MC just got quest to fuck her, did it immediately, then left without leaving any impression. He just went to find a weapon for his beloved new onahole.
