The facility is located on Mt. Tenpu, a low mountain less than 1,000 meters above sea level.
The mountain was named after the snow that piled up on the peak, which looks like the heavenly robe of Kannon from the ground, and it was here that the protagonist, who had retired from his job as a staff member at a local theater, started working.
On the mountain, there are no seasons, and young students work hard, morning and night.
